The Gallery at Engadine

Overview

HYZ Development Group are a prestigious Sydney-based boutique developer and master builder company focused on the development of high quality new residential buildings in premium well-located sites in high growth areas.

The Gallery at Engadine is a state of the art construction project featuring 117 spacious 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. Following the purchase of the DA approved 117 unit Gallery site from another developer, HYZ Developments embarked on the process of appointing a project marketing company to manage the sales and marketing of the project. HYZ required a team of project marketing experts capable of meeting stringent sales KPIs and secure sufficient pre-sales to enable HYZ to apply for construction finance.

The development management team interviewed a number of tier one and national project marketing companies as well as local real estate agencies as part of a rigorous selection process. Highland Property Marketing were selected as the preferred agency and were appointed to manage the project marketing process for The Gallery Engadine development.

Highland Project Marketing were able to offer complete end to end solutions to deliver on sales targets including:

  • Managing the design and fit-out of the Engadine display suite showcasing layouts and finishes.
  • Design, and production of all the marketing collateral in-house
  • Management of project marketing, sales and customer after care

Outcome

Highland Project Marketing was successful in achieving the required sales targets enabling HYZ Development Group to obtain construction Finance.

The project is currently on schedule for completion within the original timeframe with an end date set for Mid 2019.

Highview Central Miranda

Overview

Modco Constructions is one of Sydney’s most successful property developers with prestigious properties throughout Sydney, the Illawarra and NSW South Coast covering residential, mixed-use commercial and industrial projects built to the highest standards.

With a focus on custom medium-density residential projects, Modco purchased the DA approved 62 unit, Highview Central Miranda project from another developer. At the time of purchase, 30 of the 62 units had been pre-sold by the previous developer at heavily discounted prices and undervalued to the current market.

Following the purchase, Modco embarked on a process of redesigning the Highview Central multi-dwelling complex featuring one, two or three-bedroom apartments and penthouse residences. The new construction team were successful in their application for a Section 96 to modify previous floor plans and the basement layout, upgraded the quality of the finished and combined two of the previous colour schemes into one consistent colour scheme across the entire development.

A number of local agencies including Highland Project Marketing were interviewed for the task of marketing the remaining 32 units. Following a rigorous selection process Highland Project Marketing was successfully appointed to take over the project marketing of the remaining 32 units for Highview Central Miranda.

Highland project marketing were successful in delivering on a number of outcomes including:

  • Managing buyer relations by liaising with all the previous purchasers, briefing them on the modifications, new layouts and finishes and keeping them up to date with the progress of the project.
  • Arranging the design and fit-out of the Miranda display suite showcasing layouts and finishes.
  • Design, co-ordinated and production of all the marketing collateral in-house
  • Management of project marketing, sales and customer after care

Outcome

Highland Project Marketing was successful in meeting Modco’s sales target with the sale of an additional 15 units in the desired timeframe enabling Modco to obtain construction finance and start construction of the project.

This project is now on target for completion within the expected timeframe with completion expected in early 2019.

Lunar Jannali

Overview

Winim specialises in the evaluation, development and management of property assets across Australia. WINIM secures investment opportunities at various stages of the development life cycle and where possible, manages and develops these investments to deliver completed projects.

Winim Developments purchased a site from Highland Commercial Property for the purpose of developing the Lunar Jannali residential development.

Following consultation between Highland Project Marketing and industry leading architects Rothelowman a concept was established for a 64 unit development.

A proposal was submitted to Council for the 64 unit Lunar Jannali development and was approved.

Highland Project Marketing and Highland Commercial were able to provide a complete end to end solution from initial site selection through to completed unit sales including:

  • Advice on best use of development site and facilitated design plan with architects.
  • Collaboration with an outside design agency and co-ordinated all the branding and marketing collateral for the project.
  • Arranging the design and fit-out of the Miranda display suite showcasing layouts and finishes.
  • Managing the project marketing, sales and customer after care

Outcome

Highland Project Marketing were successful in achieving Winim’s sales targets enabling Winim to obtain construction finance.

This project is now on target for completion within the required timeframe with completion expected in September 2018.
